Refunds

We ask that you hold on to your ticket until we have more news regarding postponement dates. Your tickets will still be valid for the new date and no further action is required. Your current ticket will also give you access to the livestreams taking place during the original festival dates, January 13-22, 2022. A follow up email will be sent as soon as we have more information. If you cannot attend the new dates we humbly ask that you would donate your ticket to keep musicians working throughout this difficult time. However if you would like a full refund we will refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase-please email your order number to refunds@boomcollective.com
